Role Summary
Lead integration and interoperability activities across substation automation solutions.
Serve as the technical authority for system reliability and performance.
Bridge R&D and regional execution teams to support interoperable grid automation solutions.
Integration and Validation
- Perform deep-dive integration and interoperability testing for substation automation systems.
- Validate communication architectures across multi-vendor IED environments.
- Test GOOSE messaging performance and reliability for sub-millisecond switching and protection coordination.
- Lead top-down engineering workflows and manage SCL files from design through site commissioning.
Troubleshooting and Reporting
- Prepare technical dashboards and status reports covering test results, bottlenecks, and interoperability compliance metrics.
- Provide expert support for field issues and conduct failure analysis.
- Lead task forces on strategic projects to resolve complex system anomalies.
- Maintain the factory qualification platform and update test environments for new R&D releases.
