- Advise on general corporate lending transactions
- Draft, review and negotiate finance documentation
- Support transactions from structuring through to completion
- Conduct due diligence and assist with deal execution
- Advise lenders, sponsors, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and corporates
- Work on complex domestic and cross border financing matters across a range of sectors
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Minimum 4 years' PQE within Banking & Finance
- Strong experience advising on general corporate lending transactions
- Experience acting for lenders, sponsors, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and corporates
- Experience gained within a reputable international law firm

Role Overview
- We're currently partnered with a leading international law firm seeking a Finance Associate to join their Dubai office.
- This opportunity will suit an England & Wales qualified Banking & Finance lawyer looking to join a highly regarded practice advising on domestic and cross border financing transactions across the GCC.
