Role Overview
Support ingredient storage, food preparation, and cleanliness across kitchen and storage areas.
Successful candidates should be organized, energetic, accurate, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Kitchen Staff Responsibilities
- Clean dishes, workstations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas according to food safety regulations.
- Wash, chop, shred, and grate ingredients for use by the chef.
- Sweep and mop floors as required.
- Assist with unloading deliveries.
- Store ingredients according to food safety regulations.
- Assist with monitoring inventory.
- Report damaged or faulty equipment to the kitchen manager.
- Package customers' leftover food upon request.
- Clean trash cans and dispose of refuse regularly.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Assistant or Kitchen Helper.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Job types listed are full-time, contract, and permanent.
- Pay is AED 2,000–AED 2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
