About the Role
Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is seeking a Kids Club Attendant to provide efficient and professional service at the Tuk Tuk Kids Club/Chill Teens Club. The role involves creating fun and educational activities, ensuring child safety, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities
- Ensure guest needs and expectations are met by providing an efficient and professional service.
- Ensure friendly, courteous and professional service is always provided at the Tuk Tuk Kids Club/Chill Teens Club.
- Be creative and ensure that the activity at the Tuk Tuk Kids Club/Chill Teens Club is fun filled and educational.
- Identify return children, guests and VIPs.
- Participate in training and development programs.
- Ensure child safety is a top priority by following proper safety guidelines and enforcing correct childcare standards.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment in the Tuk Tuk Kids Club/Chill Teens Club.
- Ensure timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area and follow up for completion.
- Constantly seek ways to improve operational procedures with Recreation Supervisor.
- Give immediate feedback of operations and concerns to the Recreation Supervisor.
- Conceptualize and organize festivities and special events for children.
- Monitor operational supplies and maintain appropriate par stock in the department.
Requirements
- Ability to provide efficient and professional service
- Creative and able to ensure activities are fun and educational
- Ability to identify return children, guests, and VIPs
- Commitment to safety and zero accidents
- Knowledge of proper childcare standards
- Ability to maintain equipment and report deficiencies
- Ability to conceptualize and organize festivities and special events for children

Key Duties And Responsibilities

- Is responsible for zero accidents in the Tuk Tuk Kids Club/Chill Teens Club and Resort in general.
- Ensure that child safety is a top priority by following proper safety guidelines and enforcing correct childcare standards.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment in the Tuk Tuk Kids Club/Chill Teens Club.
- Make sure all the equipment is functional and complete.
- Ensures timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area and follows up for completion.
