The CEO / JV Lead will establish, launch, and scale the joint venture travel platform in the GCC.
The role combines market launch leadership, commercial partnerships, regulatory navigation, and operational execution.
The CEO will lead the development of a modern travel platform that blends OTA capabilities with premium concierge service and a broader travel ecosystem, leveraging global technology, pricing, and servicing infrastructure.
The role requires a strong operator with experience scaling digital marketplaces or e-commerce platforms in the GCC, capable of building a local organization, securing strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the JV entity in the UAE
- Secure regulatory and licensing approvals (travel license, IATA pathway)
- Build airline and tourism board partnerships
- Launch the platform commercially in GCC markets
- Drive growth across flights, ancillaries, and premium services
- Coordinate closely with the remote teams
- Manage board reporting and JV governance
- Recruit and lead the local commercial team

Ideal Profile
- 10–15+ years in digital platforms, marketplaces, e-commerce, or travel
- Experience scaling businesses in GCC
- Managed regional P&L or country operations
- Strong partnership and commercial skills
- Government/regulatory navigation experience
- Entrepreneurial operator able to build from zero
