Responsibilities
- Plan, consult, and coordinate projects related to application design, development, and implementation
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Maintain, customize, and enhance business applications based on user requirements
- Define and document the overall solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools for the solution
- Develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Provide technical guidance and direction to development teams
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to architecture and solution delivery
- Participate in post implementation reviews to assess solution performance and suggest improvements
- Stay informed of latest developments in technologies and frameworks to recommend upgrades
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in application management, systems engineering, or software development
- Significant experience in solution architecture
- Relevant certifications in D365 F&O, CRM, Azure, or AWS
- Expertise in databases and SQL
- Solid knowledge of enterprise systems like MS D365 CRM, F&O, Business Central
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture (Azure or AWS)
- Excellent communication skills

Overview
- The IT Solution Architect will play a critical role in the design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of IT solutions across the organization
- This role will be responsible for ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs
- You will work closely with various stakeholders and vendors to ensure that the solutions meet current requirements and are future ready
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Plan, consult, and coordinate projects related to application design, development, and implementation
- Application Management: Maintain, customize, and enhance business applications based on user requirements
- Solution Architecture Design: Define and document the overall solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Architectural Standards and Best Practices: Develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Technical Leadership and Support: Provide technical guidance and direction to development teams
- Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of existing solutions
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in D365 F&O, CRM, and other relevant streams like Azure or AWS platforms
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in application management, systems engineering, or software development, with significant experience in solution architecture
