- Plan, consult, and coordinate projects related to application design, development, and implementation
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Oversee the alignment of project goals with business requirements, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
- Maintain, customize, and enhance business applications based on user requirements
- Collaborate with end users to understand their needs and ensure the solution is tailored accordingly
- Perform application upgrades, patches, and configuration changes as necessary to improve system performance
- Define and document the overall solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and design technical solutions that address these requirements
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools for the solution
- Develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency across projects
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements to support the organization's goals
- Continuously review and improve architectural standards in line with emerging trends and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in D365 F&O, CRM, and other relevant streams like Azure or AWS platforms
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in application management, systems engineering, or software development, with significant experience in solution architecture
- Strong problem solving skills and analytical thinking
- Expertise in databases and SQL
- Solid knowledge of enterprise systems like MS D365 CRM, F&O, Business Central
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture (Azure or AWS)
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non technical stakeholders

Overview
- The IT Solution Architect will play a critical role in the design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of IT solutions across the organization.
- This role will be responsible for ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.
- You will work closely with various stakeholders and vendors to ensure that the solutions meet current requirements and are future ready.
