About the Role

- Defines and executes IT strategy aligned with business priorities and transformation goals
- Partners closely with TURMECA Region Led Markets to ensure deep understanding of business needs
- Collaborates with Regional Digital & AI Commercial Transformation Leader to accelerate value delivery
- Drives digital product innovation, including ideation, creation, and lifecycle management
- Owns and governs the IT portfolio, serving as IT liaison for prioritization and investment decisions
- Ensures alignment between IT strategy and business decision makers across Regions, Functions, and Enablers
- Orchestrates IT products and services end to end to support business objectives
- Acts as a catalyst for business–IT convergence, maximizing enterprise value
- Shares joint accountability for Region, Function, and Enabler goals
Requirements
- Bachelor degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or a Master degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
- Clear and confident communication and presentation skills
- Curiosity and hands on interest in using AI tools
- Experience contributing to or leading IT strategy execution
- Ability to build trusted partnerships with commercial leaders in complex, multi country environments
- Experience driving Digital and AI initiatives and digital product innovation
- Exposure to IT portfolio management
- Ability to work across regions and functions
- Fluency in English, written and spoken

Required Knowledge and Experience
