Responsibilities
- Drive industrial software sales in Qatar by identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Support sales team in shaping, pitching, and closing software driven solutions
- Act as trusted advisor, translating business needs into digital and software solutions
- Lead customer engagement to identify opportunities in manufacturing operations, analytics, and digitalization
- Focus on value based sales engagements targeting productivity, quality, energy efficiency, sustainability
- Build and manage a strong pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions combining automation, software, and services
- Contribute to account growth by increasing software adoption and expanding customer relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience selling industrial software solutions (e.g., SCADA/HMI, MES, asset analytics)
- Strong capability in consultative, value based selling of digital transformation solutions
- Solid understanding of industrial software environments (engineering, operations, simulation, optimization)
- Track record of driving software business growth from pipeline to closing complex deals
- Technical or engineering background with understanding of OT/IT integration
- Exceptional business acumen to support ROI/value case development
- English fluent; Arabic preferred

- Driving industrial software sales in Qatar by identifying and developing new business opportunities across key customers and industries.
- Supporting the sales team in shaping, pitching, and closing software driven solutions that address customer operational challenges.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers by translating business needs into digital and software solutions.
- Leading customer engagement to identify opportunities in areas such as manufacturing operations, analytics, and digitalization.
- Focusing on value based sales engagements, targeting improvements in productivity, quality, energy efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence.
- Building and managing a strong pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal closure.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions combining automation, software, and services.
- Contributing to account growth by increasing software adoption and expanding existing customer relationships.
Your success is grounded in
- Proven experience selling industrial software solutions, ideally across SCADA/HMI, Manufacturing Operations Management, and asset analytics.
- Strong capability in consultative, value based selling of digital and software driven transformation solutions.
- Solid understanding of industrial software environments, including engineering, operations, simulation, and performance optimization tools.
- Exposure to solutions such as COMOS, gPROMS, SIMIT, and Senseye.
- Track record of driving software business growth, from pipeline creation to closing complex, multi stakeholder opportunities.
- Ability to position integrated software solutions across the full operational lifecycle.
- Strong collaboration skills to work across sales, technical, and global portfolio teams in a matrix organization.
- Technical or engineering background with good understanding of OT/IT integration and industrial digital architecture.
- Exceptional business acumen to support ROI/value case development and influence customer stakeholders.
- Customer centric, structured, and analytical approach.
