Role Overview
The Indoor Sales & Marketing Manager coordinates daily sales activities, supervises the sales team, monitors performance and pipelines, supports marketing initiatives, and manages payment collection.
Sales Operations
- Coordinate and oversee daily indoor sales activities.
- Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipelines, leads, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Coordinate accurate and efficient order processing.
Payments and Reporting
- Monitor outstanding customer payments and coordinate timely collection.
- Work with accounts and finance teams to resolve payment and invoicing issues.
- Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports for management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in indoor sales, sales coordination, or sales management.
- Experience managing sales teams and monitoring sales pipelines.
- Strong communication, negotiation, customer-service, follow-up, and payment-collection skills.
- Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Good organizational and reporting abilities.
