A client in Sharjah is seeking an Indoor Sales & Marketing Manager specializing in window blinds.
The role coordinates daily sales activities, supervises the sales team, monitors performance and pipelines, supports marketing initiatives, and oversees customer payment collection.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the team's daily indoor sales activities.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets.
- Manage and regularly update sales pipelines, leads, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely customer follow-up and convert leads into sales.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor outstanding customer payments and coordinate timely collection.
- Work with accounts and finance teams to resolve payment and invoicing issues.
- Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports for management.
Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in indoor sales, sales coordination, or sales management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
- Experience managing sales teams and monitoring sales pipelines.
- Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Strong follow-up and payment-collection skills.
- Good organizational and reporting abilities.
