Overview

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

1. Commercial Strategy & Growth Delivery

  • Own and deliver

2. Indirect Channel & Distributor Excellence

  • across all markets.
  • Lead distributor selection, performance management, governance, and remediation.
  • Ensure strong
  • KOL engagement, tender execution, pricing discipline, and portfolio mix management

  • Drive quarterly business reviews and structured joint business planning with distributors.

3. Organization & Capability Leadership

  • Lead a
  • therapy focused, fit for purpose organization
  • Ensure
  • in market ownership and accountability
  • , minimizing reliance on remote or contingent resources.
  • Own talent deployment, succession planning, and performance management for the region.
