Job Summary
We are hiring experienced IBS Technicians to support installation and maintenance activities for IBS/DAS projects across the UAE.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RF systems, cabling, and telecom site work.
Key Responsibilities
- Install RF cables, connectors, splitters, and antennas for IBS sites
- Read and interpret RF layouts, antenna designs, and schematic diagrams
- Perform cabling, termination, and labelling for IBS/DAS systems
- Install and handle fiber optic cables
- Conduct site surveys for IBS/telecom installations
- Track and maintain records of materials and inventory
- Install hardware in main and remote GSM rooms
- Perform cable testing using tools such as Site Master and PIM Analyzer
- Troubleshoot and rectify alarms (VSWR, DTF, RTWP, low power issues)
- Follow safety standards and HSE procedures on-site
Requirements
- Proven experience in IBS/DAS projects
- Knowledge of RF systems and telecom infrastructure
- Ability to read technical drawings and layouts
- Familiarity with testing tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Good communication skills in English
- Awareness of safety procedures and site risks
- UAE experience preferred
