Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the
- end-to-end people strategy
- aligned with business growth
- Act as a
- trusted advisor to leadership
- on all HR and organizational matters
- Drive
- performance management frameworks (OKRs/KPIs)
- and talent development
- Oversee
- talent acquisition strategy
- , ensuring quality, speed, and scalability
- Design and implement
- compensation, grading, and rewards structures
- Build a strong
- culture, engagement, and retention strategy
- Lead
- organizational design and transformation initiatives
- Ensure
- robust HR governance, compliance, and data-driven decision making
Ideal Profile
- 10–15 years of HR experience, including
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong background within
- technology / SaaS / high-growth environments
- Proven experience in
- building HR functions and scaling organizations
- Strategic mindset with
- hands-on execution capability
- Experience working closely with
- C-suite stakeholders
- **Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)**
- Strong exposure to
- performance, rewards, and organizational design frameworks
