Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE regulations, policies, and procedures
- Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards
- Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs
- Monitor safety performance and prepare detailed HSE reports and documentation
- Promote and maintain a proactive safety culture across the organization
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities on HSE related matters
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety and compliance
Requirements
- NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory)
- Minimum 5–7 years of HSE experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and industry best practices
- Experience conducting risk assessments, safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations

- Auxilium is currently seeking an experienced HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Specialist to join our growing team in the UAE.
- We are looking for a dedicated safety professional with a strong understanding of occupational health, safety regulations, risk management, and compliance standards to help drive a culture of safety and operational excellence.
