Job Description
- Role: EMEA HR Talent Operations Partner
- Position Location: Saudi Arabia
- Supports Saudi Arabia and the EMEA region
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR related matters.
- Provide comprehensive HR support and administration, including offboarding and payroll related operations.
- Manage the end to end hiring process efficiently through both PEO vendor and direct employment within the Saudi entity.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and candidates.
- Enter and audit data accurately in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Manage end to end immigration and mobility, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage benefits enrollments and assist with related queries.
- Contribute to EMEA HR projects.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience delivering HR support in international environments.
- Management of government related portals such as QIWA.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Highly organized with multitasking capabilities.
- Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Oracle would be advantageous.
