Role Overview

A leading logistics and transportation company operates in road transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and supply chain solutions.

The HR Manager will transform the Human Resources function and build a structured HR department aligned with business objectives.

The role is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the Human Resources function and oversee HR operations across the organization.
  • Develop HR strategies, policies, procedures, internal regulations, and governance in compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Ensure compliance with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and Ministry of Human Resources requirements.
  • Lead workforce planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and salary administration.
  • Develop organizational structures, job descriptions, reporting lines, delegated authorities, performance systems, KPIs, and evaluations.
  • Lead employee relations, disciplinary actions, investigations, and grievance handling.
  • Identify training needs, implement annual learning initiatives, and develop the HR team.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for executive management.
  • Provide senior management with strategic HR recommendations and support organizational compliance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum eight years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • At least five years of experience in an HR Manager or equivalent leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms.
  • Experience developing HR policies, procedures, organizational structures, and HR governance.
  • Hands-on experience in workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Excel, and HR reporting tools.
  • Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM, SPHRi, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, construction, manufacturing, or operational industries.
