- Develop, implement, support, and review all human resources department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems.
- Refine the recruitment process, including generating job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process.
- Cultivate training and development programs and compensation and benefits programs.
- Participate in performance evaluation processes.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance issues with composure and confidentiality.
- Maintain employee records, including attendance and EEO data.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and legal requirements, including monitoring working conditions.
- Deliver analyses of HR data, identify trends, and contribute to the creation of HR insights.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers in developing, documenting, and communicating solutions for individual employee relations cases.
- Prepare various data and analytics reports.
Requirements
- Short Cycle Tertiary Education.
- Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
- Basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
