The Human Resources Administrator supports daily HR operations and administrative processes.
The role maintains employee records, assists with recruitment and onboarding, manages documentation, and supports the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR databases.
- Prepare employment letters, contracts, memos, and other HR documents.
- Assist with recruitment by posting jobs, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, leave, and benefits.
- Track attendance, leave balances, and overtime records.
- Coordinate with the PRO or government relations officer on visa and labor procedures.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR procedures.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Microsoft Excel experience of two years is preferred.
- UAE experience of two years is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
