The Human Resources Administrator supports daily HR operations and maintains smooth and efficient administrative processes.
The role maintains employee records, assists with onboarding, manages documentation, and provides administrative support to the HR department.
Role Details
- Department: Human Resources.
- Reports to the HR Manager.
- Job type: Full-time.
- Work location: In person.
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR databases.
- Prepare employment letters, contracts, memos, and other HR documents.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, leave, and benefits.
Records and Payroll Support
- Track attendance, leave balances, and overtime records.
- Coordinate with the PRO or government relations officer on visa and labor procedures.
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR procedures.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- One year of UAE experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 2,500–AED 4,000 per month.
