Position Overview
Deliver restaurant food orders to customers in a timely, safe, and friendly manner.
Represent the restaurant positively and help ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely deliver food orders within specified time frames.
- Check order completeness and accuracy before leaving the restaurant.
- Provide professional customer service and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and operational bike.
- Follow traffic laws, safety protocols, and company guidelines.
- Collect payments and maintain payment documentation when required.
- Support restaurant packing and stocking tasks during downtime.
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license for bikes is required.
- Familiarity with local roads and routes is required.
- Ability to work in varied weather conditions is required.
- Good time management, reliability, friendliness, and communication skills are required.
- Previous similar experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation
- Full-time position paying AED 2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
