The role focuses on managing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
- Develop account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify business growth and market expansion opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate internal teams to support timely product and service delivery.
- Monitor customer performance, sales trends, and market activity.
- Resolve customer issues and maintain client satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account performance reviews.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Account Manager.
- Food and Beverage experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and account management principles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
