Butcher

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Butcher to join our team.

The Butcher will be responsible for preparing and portioning meats, poultry, and seafood products according to established recipes and customer preferences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of meat cuts, knife skills, and food safety practices.

Additionally, the Butcher should possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Prepare meats, poultry, and seafood for sale by cutting, trimming, boning, grinding, or otherwise preparing according to established standards.

Portion and package meats according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, including equipment and tools, in accordance with food safety standards and regulations.

Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and receiving meat products as needed.

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering questions, and offering cooking advice.

Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety.

Proven experience as a Butcher or similar role in a retail or commercial setting.

Strong knowledge of meat cuts, including beef, pork, poultry, and seafood.

Excellent knife skills and ability to use cutting equipment safely and efficiently.

Understanding of food safety practices and regulations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Effective communication and customer service skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
