Requirements
- Qualification or ongoing studies in Turfgrass Management, Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, or a related field; or relevant golf course maintenance experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors and flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Previous golf course maintenance experience is an advantage

Job Summary
- The Assistant in Training (AIT) Programme is designed to develop future leaders in Golf Course Maintenance.
