What a Typical Workday Looks Like
- Responsible for making sure the store runs smoothly and team provides best customer service
- Meeting overall goals, maintaining corporate standards, motivating team
Sales
- Optimize performance and profitability of store
- Train team members on sales techniques and product features
- Analyze sales results and come up with innovative solutions
- Schedule employees based on performance to manage payroll
- Communicate sales goals to team
- Provide customers with warm welcome and help them find products
- Coordinate tasks with management team
Human Resources
- Mobilize team and create positive work environment
- Bring vision, mission and brand culture to life
- Demonstrate leadership and act as inspiring role model
- Build high performance team through recruitment and training
- Plan work schedules and manage absences/lateness
- Participate in performance evaluations
- Schedule team members based on performance and in store traffic
Marketing And Visual Presentation
- Master knowledge of all products and technical features
- Create attractive and inviting store based on planograms
- Keep finger on pulse of market trends and competitors
- Help build steady and loyal customer base
- Help with planning incoming orders and set up visual displays
- Help maintain look and cleanliness of store and backstore
- Collaborate with mall administration
Administration
- Analyze reports to optimize productivity and sales
- Open and close the store
- Manage controllable expenses efficiently
- Respect and apply policies and procedures
- Perform other duties where needed
Salary and Employment Type
- Hourly salary: $19.35 $21.25
- Permanent, full time
