Responsibilities
- Welcome residents, family members, and visitors to AVA at Palm Jumeirah, creating a sense of warmth and belonging
- Work closely with Doorman and Concierge teams to ensure seamless resident requests
- Maintain a watchful presence across entrance points and common areas to ensure safety and privacy
- Coordinate the flow of visitors, service providers, and contractors, managing access
- Ensure effective shift handovers and maintain knowledge of residence policies and facilities
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in a front of the house role, door host or bellman role within a luxury hotel or branded residences environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

What you'll do
- Welcome residents, family members, and visitors to AVA at Palm Jumeirah
