Responsibilities
- Welcome residents, family members, and visitors to AVA at Palm Jumeirah, creating an immediate sense of warmth and belonging
- Work closely with Doorman and Concierge teams to ensure all resident requests are met seamlessly
- Maintain a watchful presence across entrance points and common areas to ensure safety and privacy
- Coordinate smooth flow of visitors, service providers, and contractors
- Ensure effective shift handovers and maintain knowledge of residence policies
Requirements
- 1 2 years experience in a front of house role, door host or bellman role within a luxury hotel or branded residences environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to support both day and night shifts

What you'll do
- Welcome residents, their family members, and visitors to AVA at Palm Jumeirah
- Work closely with the Doorman and Concierge teams to ensure all resident requests are met seamlessly
- Maintain a watchful and attentive presence across all entrance points, common areas, and the surrounding residential environment
- Coordinate the smooth flow of visitors, service providers and contractors through the property
- Remain present, attentive, and impeccably presented throughout the shift
- Ensure effective shift handovers and maintain full knowledge of residence policies
