- Welcome residents, family members, and visitors to AVA at Palm Jumeirah, creating a sense of warmth and belonging
- Work closely with Doorman and Concierge teams to ensure seamless resident requests
- Maintain a watchful presence across entrance points and common areas to ensure safety and privacy
- Coordinate flow of visitors, service providers, and contractors, managing access appropriately
- Ensure effective shift handovers and maintain knowledge of residence policies and facilities
Requirements
- 1 2 years experience in a front of house role, door host or bellman within a luxury hotel or branded residences environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Well organized, adaptable, and service driven

What You'll Do
- Welcome residents, family members, and visitors to AVA at Palm Jumeirah
- Work closely with Doorman and Concierge teams to meet resident requests
- Maintain a watchful presence across entrance points and common areas

- Remain present, attentive, and impeccably presented throughout shift
