Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Hospitality & Reception Executive cum Driver to manage front desk operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, a professional appearance, and the ability to interact confidently with clients and visitors.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in Hospitality, Reception, Front Office, Guest Relations, or Customer Service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional personality with a presentable appearance.
- Proficient in MS Office and general administrative tasks.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, guests, and clients professionally.
- Manage front desk and reception operations efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor management.
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Support office administration and daily operational activities.
- Assist customers with information and direct them to the relevant departments.
- Maintain a professional reception area and uphold company standards.
- Support management with hospitality and client service requirements.
- Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
