Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs across all departments aligned with business objectives
- Design, document, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all key functions
- Manage performance frameworks and ensure consistency of KPIs across departments
- Build KPI dashboards and reports for leadership tracking and decision making
- Collaborate with department heads to define measurable performance indicators
- Analyze performance gaps and recommend actionable improvement plans
- Ensure SOPs are aligned with operational excellence standards, especially in F&B operations
- Conduct SOP audits to ensure compliance and identify inefficiencies
- Lead process improvement initiatives (lean, optimization, simplification)
- Train departments on SOP adherence and best practices
- Develop and maintain organizational structures (Org Charts) aligned with business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
- 5+ years of experience in organizational development, performance management, or related field
- Experience in F&B operations is preferred
