About the Role
Serve as a guest-facing first point of contact at leisure attractions and help create an unforgettable visitor experience.
Provide warm, professional hospitality, clear information, and assistance with guest concerns.
Support revenue, safety, and operational efficiency through sales, guest flow, and service activities.
Guest Engagement
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally while considering their unique needs.
- Provide helpful information about shows, attractions, facilities, promotions, and pricing.
Ticketing and Cash Services
- Process ticket and product sales efficiently through a computerized POS system.
- Accept cash, vouchers, and foreign currencies while conducting accurate transactions.
- Balance and reconcile cash registers at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Remit sales promptly and follow company cash-handling policies.
Guest Education and Sales
Educate guests about current promotions, pricing, shows, and attractions.
