Role Overview
The Guest Service Agent is a key representative of the hotel and Minor Hotels brand and creates an important first impression for guests.
The position provides information, receives and resolves guest requests, supports sales and activities, represents the hotel, and coordinates with departments.
Preferred Language
- Arabic speakers are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
- Maintain complete knowledge of hotel products, facilities, promotions, and other Minor Hotels properties.
- Use the hotel system to manage guest room check-ins and check-outs.
- Deliver guest service with politeness, efficiency, friendliness, and adherence to Minor Hotels standards.
- Address guest satisfaction issues and complete timely follow-up.
- Suggest alternatives that meet guest needs and improve the guest experience.
- Develop working relationships with all hotel departments.
- Attend hotel events, daily shift briefings, and training sessions.
