The Commis Chef is part of the kitchen team and supports food preparation, organization, guest satisfaction, and the work of other kitchen team members.

Responsibilities
- Produce creative and excellent dishes while ensuring guest expectations are exceeded.
- Communicate with kitchen team members and carry out orders effectively.
- Perform basic food preparation and organization tasks in the kitchen.
- Remain calm while handling multiple orders simultaneously.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and personal hygiene.
- Support other kitchen team members and contribute to successful kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- High school degree.
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or restaurant operations role.
- Passion for teamwork and excellent guest service skills.
- Knowledge of basic food preparation, presentation, and preservation.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures.
