Role Overview
The Bell Attendant/Driver supports bell services, guest assistance, lobby operations, deliveries, and hotel transportation arrangements.
The role helps care for the hotel's guests, business, and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries.
- Operate the bell service desk as part of the hotel's daily operations.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel products and services, including rooms, rates, facilities, outlets, promotions, spa and health club services, and other properties.
- Keep the lobby clean and tidy.
- Greet and welcome guests politely and in a friendly manner.
- Assist with luggage and provide luggage storage.
- Deliver messages and other items to guest rooms.
- Assist guests requiring special attention.
- Complete shift checklist duties.
- Coordinate taxis, private vehicles, limousines, and other hotel transportation.
- Assist other hotel areas when required.
Requirements
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries appropriately.
- Complete knowledge of hotel products and services, including room types, rates, facilities, outlets, promotions, spa and health club services, and other properties.
- Ability to greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.
- Ability to assist guests requiring special attention.
- Ability to support hotel transportation arrangements and coordinate multiple vehicle types.
- Flexibility to assist other hotel areas when required.
