Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote guest satisfaction through team leadership, prompt service, effective communication, and clean guest areas.
- Supervise restaurant and room-service delivery, assist with serving and seating, communicate with the kitchen, and engage with guests.
- Train team members, maintain service standards, support motivation and empowerment, and apply fair counseling procedures.
- Open and close shifts, manage schedules, floor plans, reservations, checks, station rotation, coverage, and uniform standards.
- Execute revenue and check controls, maintain safe and sanitary operations, ensure product quality, and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- Resolve call-outs, last-minute bookings, and other daily problems, and recommend incentive programs and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Ability to supervise prompt and courteous restaurant and room-service delivery.
- Ability to maintain a motivated, trained, and fairly scheduled food and beverage team.
- Ability to execute revenue and check control procedures during shifts.
- Ability to maintain safe and sanitary working conditions for team members and guests.
- Ability to manage daily operational problems, including call-outs and last-minute bookings.
- Ability to apply service standards, training, counseling, and fair treatment procedures.
