Guest Relations Officer Role

  • Ensure that all guests enjoy a positive and memorable experience.
  • Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
  • Take personal responsibility for ensuring guest satisfaction issues are met and follow up is completed timely.
  • Be proactive and innovative suggesting alternatives that meet guest needs.

Qualifications

  • College degree in hotel management or related field.
  • Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Front Office Systems.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
