Group Finance Manager

Role Overview

Finance Leadership

• Own finalization of multiple entity-level balance sheets and drive group consolidation and consolidated reporting under IFRS/GAAP.
• Manage banking relationships, facility renewals, covenant compliance, working capital lines, LCs/LGs, and lender reporting.
• Coordinate project finance and lender reporting for infrastructure and solar EPC portfolios.
• Oversee statutory and internal audits and serve as the senior contact for auditors and tax advisors.
• Lead treasury, cash flow, and liquidity management across currencies and jurisdictions.
• Present consolidated performance, MIS, and board-level reporting packs to group leadership.
• Build, mentor, and manage a distributed finance team across India, UAE, China, Australia, and other markets.
• Drive process standardization, internal controls, and ERP and reporting system improvements.
• Support group-level M&A, restructuring, and corporate finance initiatives.

Qualifications

• CA, CPA, MBA-Finance, or equivalent qualification is required; CA is strongly preferred.
• The role requires 10–12 years of experience, including significant senior or leadership finance experience at group or corporate level.
• Experience with multiple entity balance sheets, consolidated group reporting, and bank relationship management is required.
• Strong grounding in IFRS/GAAP and cross-border regulatory and tax frameworks is required.
• Leadership, stakeholder management, communication, strategic thinking, ownership, and independent execution are required.
• Experience in a diversified group, conglomerate, or multinational finance function is strongly preferred.
• Experience with project lenders or financial institutions for infrastructure, EPC, or renewable energy financing is advantageous.
