The role manages daily social media activity, website content, optimization, and alignment with brand goals.

Social media management
- Plan, create, and publish daily images, videos, stories, and reels.
- Manage content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and grow community interactions and leads.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns when needed.
- Track performance analytics and provide monthly reports.
Website management
- Update website text, images, blog posts, banners, and other content regularly.
- Manage product or service listings and verify that links and pages function properly.
- Use CMS tools such as WordPress or Shopify, or collaborate with developers, to maintain the website.
- Optimize content for SEO and user experience.
Other duties
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams on content and promotions.
- Handle basic email marketing or newsletters when needed.
- Assist with digital campaigns or launches.
- Monitor digital trends and recommend improvements.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace.
- Strong communication and content writing skills.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media algorithms.
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and able to work independently.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics.
- Video editing or motion graphics experience.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or service-based businesses.
