- Serve as the main point of contact between the company and all government departments and ministries
- Manage the entire process for visas, work permits, Iqamas, and other essential immigration documents for all employees
- Prepare, submit, and track all applications, renewals, and cancellations of official company documents, including Commercial Registration, business licences, and chamber of commerce certificates
- Stay informed of changes and updates to Saudi Arabian laws, regulations, and government policies
- Provide timely advice and guidance to management on compliance matters
- Build and maintain professional relationships with officials at key government agencies
- Ensure the organisation's compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including Saudisation (Nitaqat)
- Efficiently manage and operate various government online portals, such as Absher, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad
- Represent the company professionally at government offices and during official proceedings
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Government Relations Officer or Public Relations Officer (PRO) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour, immigration, and corporate laws and regulations
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and all relevant government e portals
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, Business, or a related field is highly desirable

Job Overview
