The employer is seeking a Senior Applied AI Engineer focused on Generative AI and Agentic AI.

Core Responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade LLM, Generative AI, and Agentic AI applications.
- Develop RAG architectures, multi-agent systems, tool calling, and automated workflows.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
- Build Python AI services and deploy workloads across cloud and Kubernetes environments.
- Implement LLMOps and MLOps practices, observability, evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails.
- Improve AI solution scalability, latency, reliability, and cost.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, data, and business teams to move initiatives from proof of concept into production.
Required Background
- Strong Python software engineering experience is required.
- Hands-on experience building LLM or Generative AI applications is required.
- Experience developing Agentic AI systems and workflows is required.
- Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, and vector search is required.
- Experience deploying AI applications into AWS, Azure, or GCP is required.
- Candidates should have proven experience taking AI solutions from proof of concept through production.
- Candidates are likely to have worked as a Senior AI Engineer, Applied AI Engineer, Generative AI Engineer, or Senior Machine Learning Engineer.
Preferred Frameworks
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks is beneficial.
- The employer prioritises demonstrated production work over specific framework experience.
