Job Overview

  • Seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager / Director to lead operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Senior leadership role for a commercially astute professional with passion for quality and exceptional customer service.
  • Successful candidate will drive company's growth, manage all aspects of business, and uphold brand's reputation for excellence.
  • Full strategic and operational control, ensuring profitability and market leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve financial and operational goals.
  • Assume full P&L responsibility including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
  • Oversee all day to day retail operations ensuring highest standards of product quality, customer service, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team.
  • Act as primary brand ambassador ensuring superior customer experience across all locations.
  • Develop and implement innovative business development strategies to drive expansion.
  • Manage supplier relationships, supply chain logistics, and inventory control.
  • Ensure all business operations comply with local health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in senior leadership role (General Manager, Operations Director, or similar) in premium F&B, hospitality, or retail.
  • Direct experience in specialty coffee industry highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience managing full P&L of multi site retail business.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset with hands on, results oriented approach.
  • Experience working in Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, is significant advantage.
  • Excellent organisational and problem solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English essential; proficiency in Arabic strong asset.
