- Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve financial and operational goals
- Assume full P&L responsibility including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
- Oversee all day to day retail operations ensuring high standards of product quality, customer service, and operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team
- Act as primary brand ambassador ensuring superior customer experience across all locations
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive expansion and increase brand presence
- Manage supplier relationships, supply chain logistics, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and licensing regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior leadership role (General Manager, Operations Director, or similar) in premium F&B, hospitality, or retail
- Direct experience in specialty coffee industry highly desirable
- Demonstrable experience managing full P&L of multi site retail business
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
- Experience working in Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, is significant advantage
- Fluency in English essential; proficiency in Arabic strong asset
