- Oversee all day to day retail operations, ensuring highest standards of product quality, customer service, and operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team
- Act as the primary brand ambassador, ensuring a superior and consistent customer experience across all locations
- Develop and implement innovative business development strategies to drive expansion and increase brand presence
- Manage supplier relationships, supply chain logistics, and inventory control
- Ensure all business operations are compliant with local health, safety, and licensing regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, such as General Manager, Operations Director, or similar, within the premium F&B, hospitality, or retail sectors
- Direct experience within the specialty coffee industry is highly desirable
- Demonstrable experience in managing the full P&L of a multi site retail business
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset with a hands on, results oriented approach
- Experience working in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, is a significant advantage
- Excellent organisational and problem solving abilities
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic would be a strong asset
