- Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships
- Oversee visual merchandising and the overall retail environment
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in a General Manager or senior management role within the premium bakery, café, or food retail industry
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrable experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills
- Deep understanding of food and beverage operations, quality control, and industry best practices
- Customer centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Excellent organisational, problem solving, and communication skills
- Previous experience working in the Middle East is highly advantageous
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant plus

Job Overview
- We are representing a premier name in the food and beverage industry to recruit an experienced and dynamic General Manager (Bakery & Retail).

Qualifications
