Job Description

  • Supervise daily front desk operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent service delivery
  • Ensure every guest interaction reflects DELANO’s luxury lifestyle standards, with warmth and personalisation
  • Guide, coach, and support front office agents to maintain high performance and service consistency
  • Ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences, with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction
  • Work closely with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth guest flow and room readiness
  • Oversee daily shift operations, including task allocation, handovers, and service prioritisation
  • Ensure accurate use of PMS systems and adherence to brand and operational procedures
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, communication, and service etiquette across the team
  • Build strong guest relationships and ensure personalised service is consistently delivered

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a front office or guest services role within a luxury hotel or lifestyle hospitality environment
  • Strong supervisory experience with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members
  • Confident in front office systems, procedures, and luxury service standards
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, guest centric approach
  • Calm, solution oriented mindset with the ability to manage high pressure situations effectively
  • Strong organisational skills and commitment to service excellence and accuracy
  • A relevant qualification such as a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management (or equivalent experience) is preferred
