- Take full responsibility for a designated kitchen section, ensuring smooth daily operations and consistent output
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards, maintaining precision in taste, presentation, and portioning
- Ensure section is fully prepared and organised prior to service for efficient execution
- Deliver timely and accurate dish preparation during service, maintaining composure under pressure
- Adhere strictly to HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards, ensuring a clean and compliant workstation
- Monitor ingredients, minimise waste, and ensure efficient use of products within your section
- Work closely with Sous Chefs and other kitchen colleagues to ensure seamless kitchen coordination
- Guide and support Commis Chefs within your section, promoting learning and consistency
- Maintain DELANO culinary standards in line with recipes, plating guides, and brand expectations
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and overall kitchen performance
Requirements
- Experience in managing a kitchen section

Responsibilities
- Section Ownership: Take full responsibility for a designated kitchen section, ensuring smooth daily operations and consistent output
- Food Quality & Consistency: Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards, maintaining precision in taste, presentation, and portioning
- Mise en Place Excellence: Ensure your section is fully prepared and organised prior to service for efficient and smooth execution
- Service Execution: Deliver timely and accurate dish preparation during service, maintaining composure under pressure
- Hygiene & Food Safety: Adhere strictly to HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards, ensuring a clean and compliant workstation at all times
- Stock & Waste Control: Monitor ingredients, minimise waste, and ensure efficient use of products within your section
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sous Chefs and other kitchen colleagues to ensure seamless kitchen coordination
- Training & Support: Guide and support Commis Chefs within your section, promoting learning and consistency
- Operational Standards: Maintain DELANO culinary standards in line with recipes, plating guides, and brand expectations
