- Assist the Chef de Partie in managing a designated kitchen section efficiently and effectively
- Prepare ingredients and dishes according to recipes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and presentation standards
- Maintain a well organised and fully prepared workstation to support smooth service execution
- Support during service by executing tasks promptly and maintaining quality under pressure
- Follow strict HACCP and hygiene standards, ensuring cleanliness and compliance at all times
- Assist in proper storage, labelling, and usage of ingredients to minimise waste and maintain quality
- Work closely with CDPs, Sous Chefs, and other kitchen team members to ensure seamless operations
- Continuously develop culinary skills and techniques under the guidance of senior chefs
- Ensure all dishes align with DELANO recipes, plating guides, and brand expectations
- Maintain a professional, organised, and proactive approach in a fast paced kitchen environment

- Experience in a kitchen environment
