Role Overview
Siena is seeking a Founding Creative Director to set the company's creative taste bar while several CX products launch in quick succession.
The role is a craft leadership position requiring personal execution, final creative judgment, and ownership of work that ships under the Siena name.
Company and Team
Siena provides an Agent of Record for customer experience, built for consumer brands including Spanx, FIGS, Brooklinen, and Grüns.
Its product runs as a connected multi-agent stack over a shared intelligence layer supporting sales, support, listening, social, and voice interactions.
The team is small, fully distributed, global, async-first, and focused on ownership, direct communication, and rapid execution.
Responsibilities
- Set the creative bar and personally ship work during the first year.
- Own narrative and positioning across every launch, treating design as strategy rather than decoration.
- Create or approve landing pages, launch videos, decks, social content, and other market-facing artifacts.
- Own the design system from version 3 onward.
- Build a two- to three-person internal agency across design, motion, and content over time.
- Brief, position, launch, and sign off on work shipped under the Siena name.
