Role Overview
This is an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer role for a technical professional solving complex, mission-critical problems directly with clients.
The role combines software engineering, data engineering, client engagement, solution design, and hands-on delivery.
The position is remote and full-time in Canada, with limited travel across Canada and the United States.
Accountabilities
- Engage client teams through interviews, workshops, working sessions, and presentations to understand needs and workflows.
- Build trusted relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deploy, configure, customize, and enhance Palantir Foundry and AIP solutions using Python and TypeScript.
- Design and implement data pipelines, operational workflows, applications, and tools that create measurable business outcomes.
- Investigate root causes and develop practical solutions for complex enterprise data and mission-critical problems.
- Support project planning, timelines, deliverables, prioritization, and coordination.
- Train users and stakeholders on implemented solutions and create supporting documentation.
- Contribute to solution design, technical discussions, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute where applicable to production machine learning, LLM-based solutions, and React applications.
