Responsibilities
- Drive tangible outcomes through hands on implementation, writing critical code and configuring systems
- Build transformative AI solutions, designing and implementing high quality, scalable production systems
- Engineer bespoke agentic AI solutions using Agentforce platform
- Own data configuration and integration, from data model design to building processing pipelines
- Proactively remove technical blockers and resolve complex challenges
- Drive Agentforce innovation, pushing platform capabilities and influencing product enhancements
- Become a trusted strategic partner, embedding with client teams and translating needs into technical requirements
- Conduct deep dive technical debugging and root cause analysis
- Lead rapid prototyping and iteration, developing proofs of concept
- Implement and enforce best practices for code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in hands on, end to end delivery of high quality, scalable production solutions
- Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline
- Expert level proficiency in one or more programming languages (JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex)
- Extensive hands on experience building and deploying solutions with AI/LLM technologies
- Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics with enterprise data platforms
- Significant direct experience with Salesforce platform including advanced configuration and development
- Demonstrated entrepreneurship and get things done attitude
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time to customer sites

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in hands on delivery role
- Strong CS background
- Expert level proficiency in JavaScript, Java, Python, or Apex
- Experience with AI/LLM technologies and frameworks
- Deep expertise in data platforms (Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, etc.)
- Significant Salesforce platform experience
- Entrepreneurship and get things done attitude
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 60%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Agentforce
- Experience in regulated industries
- Expert level Apex or Python
- Prior customer facing technical lead role
- Advanced Salesforce certifications
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM clouds
- Experience with Salesforce Flows and LWC
- Open source AI contributions
