- Drive tangible outcomes through hands on implementation, writing critical code and configuring systems
- Build transformative AI solutions, designing and deploying AI/LLM based intelligent agents and automated workflows on the Salesforce platform
- Engineer bespoke agentic AI solutions using the Agentforce platform
- Own data configuration and integration, from strategic data model design to building processing pipelines
- Proactively remove technical blockers during solution delivery
- Drive Agentforce innovation by pushing platform capabilities and influencing product direction
- Become a trusted strategic partner for client teams, translating needs into technical requirements
- Conduct deep dive technical debugging and root cause analysis
- Lead rapid prototyping and iteration of proofs of concept
- Implement and enforce engineering best practices for code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a hands on, end to end delivery role for high quality, scalable production solutions
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline
- Expert level proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex)
- Extensive hands on experience building and deploying solutions with AI/LLM technologies
- Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics with enterprise data platforms
- Significant direct experience with the Salesforce platform
- Demonstrated entrepreneurship and a get things done attitude
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to lead technical engagements and mentor junior team members
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time to customer sites

Job Description
- We're looking for a highly accomplished and senior level Forward Deployed Engineer with 5+ years of experience.
- You will lead complex AI agentic deployments, design and develop bespoke solutions leveraging Agentforce platform.
- You'll be the primary driver of transformative AI solutions from initial concept to successful deployment.
Your Impact
- Drive Tangible Outcomes through Hands On Implementation: write critical code, configure systems, troubleshoot issues.
- Build Transformative AI Solutions: design, develop, and implement high quality, scalable production systems with AI/LLM agents.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in hands on, end to end delivery role for production solutions.
- Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
- Expert level proficiency in one or more programming languages (JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex).
- Extensive hands on experience with AI/LLM technologies, including LLM integration, orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering.
- Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics with enterprise data platforms.
- Significant direct experience with Salesforce platform, including advanced configuration and development.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurship and get things done attitude.
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead technical engagements and mentor junior team members.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time to customer sites.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Agentforce platform.
- Experience developing conversational AI solutions in highly regulated industries.
- Expert level experience with Apex and/or Python in a professional setting.
- Prior experience in a customer facing, hands on technical lead or architect role.
- Advanced Salesforce platform certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect).
- Deep knowledge across Salesforce CRM (Service, Sales, and Marketing Clouds).
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Flows and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience contributing to open source AI frameworks or libraries.
